・材料開発だけでなく、顧客サポートを含むグローバルな環境で業務に従事していただきます。
必要なスキル・資格など
・化学、材料科学、またはその他の関連する科学分野の修士号、または博士号を取得されている。
・半導体製造に用いられる材料開発に3年以上の経験。
・日本語、英語での文章および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
・アイデアを創出し、実施に向けてチームメンバーと推進する能力

・プロジェクトリードの経験

【新規アイデア】材料コンセプト、モデル、組成の設計
【ラボワーク】実験計画に基づき、電子材料サンプルの調製、評価。
【クリーンルームワーク】電子材料の評価。
【報告・ディスカッション】チームディスカッション、顧客との会議
【その他】特許、論文調査
Job title: R&D specialist
Job Description:
Research and development of electronic materials used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing including EUV lithography.
Engage in activities in a global environment that includes not only material development but also customer engagement.
Required skills and Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in chemistry, materials science, or other related scientific fields.
Over 3 years of experience in material development for semiconductor manufacturing.
Communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and verbal.
Ability to generate ideas and drive the team towards implementation.
Preferred
Background in organic chemistry.
Ability to challenge new concepts and uncertainties associated with advanced material development.
Adaptability to work collaboratively with teams and other departments for success.
Experience in leading projects.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Proficient in utilizing digital tools in work processes.
Responsibilities:
New idea: Design of material concepts, models, and compositions.
Lab work: Preparation and evaluation of electronic material samples based on experimental plans.
Cleanroom work: Evaluation of electronic materials.
Reporting and discussion: Team discussions and meetings with customers.
Other: Patent and paper research.
