Main responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted, ethical relationships with key government institutions, including the Ministry of Health, TİTCK, SGK, and TÜSEB, as well as civil society organizations.

Monitor and analyze health policy developments, including Health Technology Assessment, market authorization, and public funding, and provide strategic impact assessments.

Represent Sanofi in industry associations such as AİFD and relevant working groups, contributing to collaborative platforms and shaping industry positions.

Partner with Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to develop and implement integrated government relations and patient advocacy strategies.

Lead strategic public affairs projects in focus areas such as digital health, early diagnosis, and value-based healthcare, from planning through execution.

Build and manage ethical, transparent partnerships with patient associations and advocacy groups to support capacity building, awareness campaigns, and patient-centered policy initiatives.

About you

Experiences:

Experience in Public Affairs, Market Access, or Corporate Communications within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of direct engagement with government institutions such as the Ministry of Health, TİTCK, SGK, and relevant industry associations.

Strong knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system, relevant legislation, and policy decision-making mechanisms.

Soft and Technical skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Public Administration, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Languages:

Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
