About The Role
Scheduling and coordinating patient interactions
Supporting patient education and therapy device training using approved materials
Conducting patient follow-up activities
Assisting with documentation and reporting of program activities
Supporting capture and escalation of adverse events (AE), product complaints (PC), or relevant patient feedback according to company procedures
Who You Are
Fresh graduate Nurse (D3/S1 Nursing or Ners)
Active STR (professional registration letter)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable providing patient education and injection/device training
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to travel for patient visits when required
