The Position
Mit Blick auf die Zukunft gestalten wir aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Roche-Standorts in Rotkreuz. Die Abteilung Engineering & Projects leistet dazu einen entscheidenden Beitrag: Sie trägt die Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Standorts sowie für alle Investitionen in Gebäude und Anlagen (CAPEX). Dies umfasst komplexe Bauprojekte ebenso wie die Realisierung von Infrastruktur und modernen Prozessanlagen in den Bereichen Produktion und Forschung. Bei all unseren Aktivitäten legen wir besonderen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, Sicherheit (SHE), Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
Die Möglichkeit:
Als Projekt Manager CAPEX bist du verantwortlich für:
Projektabwicklung: Du trägst die Verantwortung dafür, dass Planung und Ausführung aller Ziele (Umfang, Kosten, Terminplan, Qualität, SHE, Nachhaltigkeit) erfüllt werden. Dabei stellst du die Einhaltung interner Projektmethoden, Unternehmensrichtlinien und lokaler Bauvorschriften sicher.
Team- & Lieferantenmanagement: Aufbau, Einarbeitung und Führung interner, funktionsübergreifender Teams sowie die Steuerung externer Partner (Planer, Unternehmer). Dies beinhaltet die aktive Mitwirkung bei Beschaffung, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen.
Projektsteuerung & finanzieller Abschluss: Implementierung und Einhaltung von Projektsteuerung (Fortschritts-, Risiko- und Change-Management) sowie monatlichen Reportings. Du berichtest regelmässig an das Steering Committee und treibst den kaufmännischen Projektabschluss voran
Stakeholder-Alignment & Übergabe: Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Abstimmung mit den Endnutzern aus dem Business über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, um eine erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme (FAT/SAT etc.) und eine reibungslose, vollständig dokumentierte Übergabe an den Betrieb zu garantieren.
Wer Du bist:
Bachelor- oder Master-/Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
Mindestens 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter in der Führung von Investitionsprojekten (CAPEX).
Praktische Erfahrung mit Diagnostics (DIA) Projekten wird stark bevorzugt.
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
Führungskompetenz: Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Teams innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation aufzubauen, zu motivieren und zu leiten.
Stakeholder-Management: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Zusammenarbeitsfähigkeiten auf allen Projektebenen, kombiniert mit einem tiefen Verständnis für Kunden- und Geschäftsbedürfnisse.
Projektplanung: Starke Expertise in Projektmanagement und Planung, um komplexe Initiativen konstant und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
Analytische Fähigkeiten & Risikomanagement: Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, um Risiken frühzeitig zu identifizieren und komplexe Herausforderungen zu lösen.
