About this opportunity

Job Responsibilities – Main Responsibility

1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions.

- Actively engage with healthcare professionals to highlight the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products.

- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to generate leads and increase sales.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales and market presence.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and strategies.

- Identify target markets and develop tailored approaches to penetrate new markets.

- Use market research and customer insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

- Regularly visit healthcare facilities and institutions to maintain contact and provide support.

- Understand the needs and requirements of healthcare professionals and provide relevant product recommendations.

4. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals and attend medical conferences.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate healthcare professionals about our products' features and benefits.

- Stay updated on medical advancements and industry trends by attending conferences, seminars, and workshops.

- Act as a key resource for healthcare professionals, answering product-related queries and providing technical support.

5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

- Stay informed about market trends, healthcare policies, and regulations that may impact product sales.

- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitor products.

- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.

6. Achieve sales targets and grow market share to contribute to the overall sales team's success.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

- Monitor sales performance and track progress towards goals, ensuring alignment with sales and market growth objectives

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success.

-Identify and capitalize on opportunities to capture market share from competitors, leveraging on understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

7. Innovation and change

- Implementing innovative sales strategies to target and engage healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions

- Utilizing digital platforms and technologies to enhance sales activities and reach a wider audience of potential customers

- Adapting and evolving sales approaches to keep up with changing market trends and customer needs

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new approaches to improve sales operations and administration processes

- Embracing continuous learning and development opportunities to stay updated on the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical industry and incorporate them into sales strategies and activities.

All responsibilities must be carried out while ensuring strict business ethics at all times; maintain adherence to local law, NNWay and NN policies and guidelines.

Knowledge & Competencies

Education Requirements

College graduate preferably Science related course

 

Work experience

Preferably with background in pharmaceutical selling

Proficient in sales strategies and techniques, able to effectively promote and sell products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions.

In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical products, their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively educate and persuade potential customers.

Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.

Collaborative mindset, skilled in working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and medical support staff, to achieve common sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Communication, persuasion and influencing skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product information, sales pitches, and negotiate terms with customers and healthcare professionals.

Proficient in persuasive techniques and ability to influence customer buying decisions in a competitive market.

4. Time management and organizational skills:

Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, manage territory and customer information, and meet sales targets within specified timelines.

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage sales operations, administration, and documentation efficiently.

5. Problem solving and adaptability:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, address challenges, and provide suitable product solutions.

Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the healthcare industry, market trends, and customer preferences, ensuring continued success in a dynamic sales environment.
