Production Worker
Location: Vršac
About the role
As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the daily functioning of the production process. You will perform tasks in line with the needs of the production process and according to the schedule set by your supervisor. You will be involved in operating equipment without automatic control, as well as in training for working on equipment with a lower or higher level of automation under the supervision of more experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Performing tasks of low complexity (folding leaflets, manual packaging, cleaning auxiliary and process equipment, handling and manipulation tasks)
Operating equipment without automatic control
Training for working on equipment with a lower or higher level of automation under supervision
Qualifications
Secondary education (III or IV level of professional qualification)
Well-organized, team-oriented, and precise in your work
Interest in operating machinery and a willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
