Your new role
プロダクションエンジニアリングチームの一員として、生産ラインおよび関連設備の保守・維持管理から改善活動まで幅広く担当していただきます。予知保全技術の導入やデータ分析を活用した最適化など、革新的なアプローチで設備の信頼性と生産効率の向上に貢献できるポジションです。
主な業務内容：
- 生産ラインおよび関連設備の保守・維持管理、保全計画の立案・更新および保全業務の遂行
- 定期メンテナンス活動（日次、月次、四半期、半期等）の計画・実施・管理
- ラインの故障や技術的問題発生時の原因調査および復旧対応
- 生産効率の最大化および設備の安定稼働に向けた改善活動の推進（根本原因分析、是正・予防措置の実施）
- 新製品導入、仕様変更および新規要求事項に対する設備面での対応計画・実施
- バリデーションおよび関連文書の作成・更新、リスク管理活動の推進
- 外部サプライヤー・ベンダーとの連携による部品調達・技術サポートの確保
働き方
• シフト制（6:00-14:20, 14:00-22:20）土日休み
• 将来的には24時間（3交代制）、週7日稼働になる可能性もある。

郡山工場の生産部プロダクションエンジニアリングチームは、生産ラインの安定稼働と継続的改善を担う重要な部門です。品質管理、品質保証、製造、プロジェクトオフィス、EHS部門と密に連携しながら、患者さんへの安定供給を技術面から支えています。心理的安全性が高く、年齢や勤続年数に関わらずオープンなコミュニケーションが取れる風土のなかで、メンバーがのびのびと働ける環境が整っています。
Your skills & qualifications
生産設備の安定稼働と改善に情熱を持ち、チームと協力しながら技術的な課題に取り組める方を求めています。
設備保全（機械または電気）における3年以上の実務経験
高校卒業以上（工学または同等の学位取得者優遇）
機械・電気システムに関する技術的知識と、問題を特定し効果的な解決策を策定できる分析力
生産スタッフや関係部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力と協調性
日本語ネイティブまたはJLPT N1レベル必須
英語に抵抗がない方（読解力以上のスキルがあれば尚可）
医薬品包装をはじめとした包装機器に関する知識・スキルがあれば尚可
