Your Role:
The Production Associate is responsible for preparing reference standard solutions, raw/neat material aliquots, calibration curves and check standards. In this role you will support catalog, customer-specific products, as well as Certification and Stability programs for Round Rock raw materials and finished product.
Review all batch records and forms to ensure correctness of all information prior to project execution. Identify errors and initiate specification change forms to adjust for any necessary corrections.
Prepare batch records and revise forms based on scheduling to support catalog remakes, new products, CIL and customer specific reference standards.
Assume and move projects through the product management system (PMS) to the appropriate department upon initiation and completion.
Identify, organize and facilitate accessibility of supplies for upcoming projects.
Update the manager and/or Team Lead on project status and on any issues and concerns, or when production targets cannot be achieved.
Update departmental and operational spreadsheets daily to monitor manufacturing progress towards the master production schedule. Communicate the progress during production meetings with the assistance of the departmental and operational spreadsheets.
Physical Attributes:
Lifting up to 30 lbs.
Exposure to a variety of hazardous chemicals.
Wear all personal protective equipment as described in MilliporeSigma procedures including gloves, lab coat, safety glasses, respirators, face shields, and other PPE as pre-determined.
Work with chemicals such as flammable solvents, carcinogens, dioxins, corrosives and general processing equipment.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 + years of manufacturing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Round Rock and customer products, and their applications requirements.
Adhere to the six corporate values and display role model behavior based on these values.
Pay Range for this position: $17.00 - $27.00
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
