Job Description:
Ihre Verantwortungen: In der Rolle als erfahrene/r Vertriebsexperte/in im Pharmabereich, insbesondere im Bereich Rheumatologie, sind Sie für die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer langjährigen Kunden (Key Opinion Leaders, medizinisches Fachpersonal usw.) in der Region Zürich / Zentral Schweiz zuständig. Als vertrauensvolle/r Partner/in gewährleisten Sie die richtige Verschreibung und den optimalen Einsatz unserer Produkte.
Durch Ihre kontinuierlichen Kunden- und Marktanalysen sowie Ihre Kreativität und Innovationskraft sind Sie in der Lage, Potenziale und Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen. Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden gezielt bei der Optimierung des Patienten- und Therapiemanagements. Hierzu setzen Sie alle verfügbaren Kommunikationsmittel ein, organisieren Kundenevents zum wissenschaftlichen Austausch und nutzen Ihre Aktivitäten und Ressourcen, um die Ergebnisse für die Patienten bestmöglich zu steigern.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketingteam tragen Sie aktiv zur Umsetzung unserer nationalen Brandstrategie bei. Mit all Ihren Tätigkeiten sichern Sie die Einhaltung sämtlicher Compliance-Richtlinien von Johnson & Johnson.
Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Pharmazie, Human- oder Veterinärmedizin, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) und/oder Pharmareferentenprüfung
Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Pharmaaussendienst, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Immunologie oder Rheumatologie
Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Markt sowie in einem leistungsstarken Team
Ausgeprägtes strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Innovationskraft, hohe kreative Problemlösungskompetenz und die Motivation, den Wandel in der Pharmaindustrie aktiv mitzugestalten
Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
Hohe Selbstmotivation und ausgeprägte Netzwerker-Qualitäten
Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung im Selbstmanagement des eigenen Gebiets
Teamplayer mit dem Ziel, nationale Ziele zu erreichen
Exzellentes Zeit- und Organisationsmanagement sowie die Motivation zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Interesse an neuen digitalen Kommunikationsformaten. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
