Key Responsibilities & Skills
Experience / knowledge of transactional Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) processes and systems, Technical proficiency with appropriate Procurement systems and tools.
Basic analytical skills.
Process oriented.
Proficient in use of computer (Microsoft Suite,Google Suite)
Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency
Interface professionally and maintain good rapport with requestors, stakeolders, and suppliers alike
Teamplayer
Open to flexible alternate working hours (possible East Coast hours)
Who you are
Requirements
2-3 Years SAP experience
2-3 years Procurement SC-PO related experience
2-3 years Invoice Block Resolution experience
2-3 years of customer service experience
English(B2) and Spanish require
Education
University Degree (In Progress or Completed) on Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field
Desired Skills
Biotech/Pharma experience helpful.
Numeric, with analytical skills and creative problem solving capabilities
Experience in executing process improvement opportunities
Flexible and open to change, ability to embrace and support process change

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
