De functie Operator B richt zich op het zelfstandig beheersen van meerdere gekoppelde processtappen binnen de productieomgeving, met volledige aandacht voor veiligheid (EHS), kwaliteit (GMP) en procescontrole.
Wat ga jij doen?
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Uitvoeren van visuele controles op inkomende materialen en controleren op kwaliteit en integriteit.
Uitvoeren van procescontroles en registreren van resultaten volgens de geldende procedures.
Bedienen van machines volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele normen en bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
Storingen signaleren en direct actie ondernemen om problemen op te lossen.
Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld de beschikbaarheid van materialen te controleren.
Structureel registreren van procesgegevens, KPI's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie.
Technische begeleiding bieden aan operators in opleiding en collega's ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling.
Verzorgen van on-the-job training en technische coaching in afstemming met de teamleider.
Wat voor kennis en ervaring breng je mee?
Minimaal MBO 2 niveau, bij voorkeur technisch gericht, of minimaal 2 jaar relevante productie-ervaring gecombineerd met MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau.
Farmaceutisch vakman of gelijkwaardig.
Voorkeur voor een VAPRO A/B opleiding.
