About this opportunity
目的
从事仓库物料的接收、储存和发放，仓库的日常工作。可独立工作，会使用叉车等特种设备。其所有行为必须遵守国家法律法规和公司的各项制度和操作规程。保证自身和他人的安全前提下，完成每天分配的工作。
职责范围
1. 确保工作中的所有操作都符合SOP，GMP、EHS及相关法规的要求；
2. 工作中异常情况必须及时报告上级主管或上级管理者。
3. 根据有效凭证，核对检查到货材料无异常后进行实物接收。
4. 核对公司系统中该批材料的采购订单信息，无异常后做系统接收入库。
5. 清理到货材料外包装，粘贴材料标签，将到货材料转移至储存区存放。
6. 负责准备生产车间每天所需的生产材料以及生产材料的退货。确保库存物资数量的准确性
7. 根据要求完成生产需要物料的分料、配料、分发、接收等工作。
8. 根据要求在SAP中管理物料的使用情况。
9. 为了完成团队共同目标，团结团队中其它员工，达成共同目标。
10. 对相关物流文件及SOP的审阅及修订提出建议。
11. 负责仓库日常清扫和管理工作。
12. 及时完成主管安排的其它工作。
13. 遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作
14. 配合物流主管进行仓库的管理工作
15. 配合物流主管完成部门OE项目/5S/DI/的执行与实施
任职要求
1. 教育程度/经验：
大专及以上学历
两年相关工作经验，或一年辉瑞工作经验。
2. 特别知识
基础英文阅读能力
会使用 Office 办公软件
3. 技能：
良好的沟通能力和团队精神
掌握驾驶叉车的技能
计算机操作技能
