Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Production Pharmaceutique autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe Pharma DP, basée sur notre site de Bulle, en Suisse.

À propos du poste

En tant que Technicien(ne) de Production Pharmaceutique, vous réalisez de manière autonome différentes opérations de fabrication dans le respect des exigences de qualité (cGMP), de sécurité, d'environnement, des délais et des coûts. Vous contribuez à la performance des activités de production en assurant le bon fonctionnement des équipements, la conformité documentaire et le respect des procédures. Vous participez également aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et veillez au maintien des plus hauts standards de qualité et de sécurité.

Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Pharma DP sur le site de UCB Bulle et collaborerez quotidiennement avec les équipes de Production, Qualité, Maintenance, HSE et Support Technique. Vous contribuerez aux activités de fabrication, aux investigations qualité, aux qualifications d'équipements ainsi qu'aux projets d'amélioration continue afin d'assurer une production fiable, conforme et performante.

Vos principales responsabilités

Réaliser les opérations de production conformément aux procédures cGMP.

Préparer, vérifier et documenter les activités de fabrication.

Utiliser, nettoyer et entretenir les équipements de production.

Identifier et résoudre les anomalies en garantissant la conformité.

Participer aux qualifications et aux projets d'amélioration continue.

Appliquer et promouvoir les exigences Qualité, HSE et GMP.

Ce que nous recherchons

CFC technique ou formation équivalente en environnement industriel.

Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP) ou des normes ISO.

Expérience des équipements de production pharmaceutique ou industrielle.

Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et excellentes capacités de communication.

Expérience en pelliculage ou compréhension professionnelle requise.

Flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires incluant les week-ends. 3x8.
