岗位职责：
1、负责医院渠道所属区域市场开发医院和维护上量工作，在公司政策引导下向医院医生传递和公司产品相关的信息，执行公司销售策略，完成或超过销售指标；
2、通过有效地将目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率、正确传递产品信息与客户建立起良好的关系，维护公司形象；
3、及时提交周报、月报，反馈工作情况；反应市场信息，收集反馈竞品信息；
4、建立并维护客户信息，发掘深层次需求，协助进行产品在该地区的学术推广活动不断提高市场份额；
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，医药临床相关专业佳；
2、良好的亲和力及冲劲；
3、较好的沟通能力，良好的仪容仪表和行为方式；
4、工作认真负责、具有一定的承压能力；
5、较好的学习能力。
