主要职责及任职要求：
负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务，制定地区目标和发展方向；
建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队；
勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标；
参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导；
必须确保MICS的PIM和院内会真实发生；同时可以申请和报销DM区域中医院的院间会和对应区域的城市会；
建立和保持有效的沟通系统；
具备管理潜力，团队合作良好，积极正向的心态；
具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力；
能够严格管理自己的销售行为，确保日常销售工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的销售工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
