The Position
The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a field-based commercial role at the center of Roche's customer engagement model. You will be directly accountable for driving business performance and generating revenue by partnering with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Success in this KPI-driven position is measured by your ability to execute effective commercial strategies that deliver better outcomes for patients and the organization. As a senior, locally-embedded partner, you will have the authority to leverage Roche's resources to achieve and exceed your sales and performance targets.

Two (2) field based and patient focused opportunities based covering (1) Metro Manila and (2) Metro Manila North (Central Luzon)

What you will be working on:
Key Responsibilities based on your extensive experience and expertise include but are not limited to:
Drive Timely and Sustained Access to Roche Innovations: Act as the primary field-based point of contact for healthcare professionals in your service delivery network (SDN), managing key accounts to achieve and exceed specific short and mid-term outcomes and performance KPIs.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Develop and execute a SDN plan by conducting regular and frequent high impact customer engagements, analyzing the insights to develop and enhance strategies, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration that lead to faster access of patients and accounts to medicines.
Implement Omnichannel Strategy: Champion and execute a sophisticated omnichannel strategy, leveraging digital platforms and tools to create a seamless, integrated, and impactful customer experience.
Promote Product Value: Effectively communicate the clinical merits of Roche’s products in a truthful and balanced manner, ensuring their appropriate use and supporting their full lifecycle.
Co-create Customer Solutions: Act as a system thinker to understand the needs of the entire healthcare ecosystem, partnering with key stakeholders to co-create solutions that drive value and deliver better patient outcomes.
Leverage Internal Resources: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Medical, Marketing, Digital, Access) to pull in the necessary expertise and resources to secure business and support customer needs.
Who You Are:
You are a system thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAEs (Therapy Area Experts), PAGs (Patient Advocacy Groups), Medical Societies and private organizations is highly desired.
You have:
Healthcare professional qualification and/or university degree (life sciences) with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies. An advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or MBA is a plus
Demonstrated experience in sales/commercial/account management for the government / major hospital accounts or equivalent
Strong capabilities in understanding and mapping patient journeys and related treatments in the Oncology area (Lung or Liver related product experience preferred), enabling engagement at the specialist level
Ability to formulate cross functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is highly desired
Strong business acumen gained through professional experience with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
This field-based role is expected to drive their area assignment and capitalize on potential opportunities within Metro Manila and Metro Manila North (Central Luzon) and is exclusively available to candidates who possess full eligibility to live and work in the Philippines.
