Resumen del cargo
Liderarás los esfuerzos de abogacía de pacientes en Colombia, trabajando con diferentes equipos y con aliados externos. Construirás relaciones de confianza con grupos de pacientes, profesionales de la salud y tomadores de decisiones de política pública. Diseñarás y ejecutarás programas de abogacía que mejoren la experiencia del paciente y el acceso a la atención. Aportarás pensamiento estratégico, empatía y habilidades de colaboración. Responsabilidades
Este rol te dará la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para avanzar en TU carrera. Estas responsabilidades incluyen algunas de las siguientes:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de abogacía de pacientes alineadas con las prioridades de salud y los objetivos de la compañía.
Construir y fortalecer relaciones de confianza con organizaciones de pacientes, cuidadores, profesionales de la salud y actores gubernamentales.
Coordinar el trabajo transversal con los equipos médico,acceso, gobierno y comunicaciones, legal y compliance, para asegurar una interacción efectiva, consistente y conforme a las normas de Colombia.
Monitorear el panorama de pacientes, capturar insights y usarlos para influir en políticas, programas y decisiones internas.
Responsabilizarse de la ejecución de los planes de relacionamiento con pacientes en las distintas áreas terapéuticas, liderando iniciativas como comités asesores de pacientes, materiales educativos impresos y digitales, webinars, simposios y servicios de apoyo en salud.
Brindar asesoría experta en PA&E y actuar como contacto principal de la LOC para la alineación con actividades internacionales/globales centradas en el paciente, coordinando con los equipos supra-país (I+D, Áreas Terapéuticas, Desarrollo Centrado en el Paciente).

Calificaciones básicas
Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones requeridas para ayudarnos a lograr nuestras metas:
Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud, Ciencias Sociales, Políticas Públicas, Comunicaciones o un campo afín, o experiencia equivalente.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en abogacía de pacientes, asuntos públicos, relacionamiento con grupos de interés o roles afines.
Experiencia comprobada trabajando directamente con organizaciones de pacientes o grupos comunitarios.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en español y inglés.
Conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano y de las rutas de acceso de los pacientes.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos, prioridades y grupos de interés, con excelentes habilidades de organización.
Calificaciones preferidas
Si cuentas con las siguientes características, será un plus:
Experiencia en los sectores farmacéutico, biotecnológico o de organizaciones de salud sin ánimo de lucro.
Trayectoria diseñando proyectos con organizaciones de pacientes o campañas de sensibilización co-creados que hayan logrado resultados medibles.
Conocimiento de política de salud, sistemas de salud y procesos de reembolso en Colombia.
Experiencia trabajando en una organización matricial y colaborando con equipos multifuncionales.
Familiaridad con herramientas de interacción digital y comunidades de pacientes en línea.
