What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Assist team members in activities involving registration, post approval variations and query responses in compliance with current legislation & internal process.
Support market information needs, including regulatory intelligence.
Labeling and artworks: support internal processes as applicable.
Maintain, verify, process and update systems, spreadsheets, or documents.
Self-manage time and professional development, taking responsibility for personal results.
Utilize basic skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks and well-defined duties.
Work in a structured environment with close supervision, following established procedures for assignments, with the supervisor closely monitoring and reviewing the quality of work.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Advanced student pursuing a degree preferably related to Health or Life Sciences, such as Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
