The Position

This role can be based in Islamabad/Lahore or Karachi
Your Opportunity
Enable patients to access Roche’s innovative medicines by co-creating sustainable funding & financing solutions via partnerships with private sector to address funding needs of patients suffering from cancer and rare diseases
Work along the team to identify and engage corporate organizations, banks, insurance companies to channelize funding to meet access needs of patients in Pakistan
Engage with health start-ups to co-create sustainable innovative solutions in order to improve access to Roche medicines
Relationship management with key stakeholders internally and externally
Ensure constant monitoring and performance analysis of different projects against set KPIs
Collaborate with internal Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to create a coherent strategy to shape and transform healthcare ecosystem in Pakistan
Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines
Responsible for reporting any incident/accident immediately to the SHE Department. Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit and to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented in Area of Responsibility.
Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical) as per the Local CoreMap policy.
Who you are
Master’s Degree from accredited university
Business degree would be an advantage
A minimum of 3 years of work experience
E xperience of working in NGOs would be an added advantage
Experience of corporate partnerships / business development is preferred
Knowledge of Pakistan Healthcare ecosystem would be an added advantage
