About this opportunity

El Medical Science Liaison (MSL) de Oncología será un socio científico estratégico y de confianza para oncólogos, investigadores y profesionales de la salud en Colombia. Será responsable de desarrollar relaciones científicas sólidas con líderes de opinión (KOLs), médicos especialistas y equipos de atención médica, promoviendo el intercambio científico basado en evidencia, apoyando iniciativas de investigación clínica y contribuyendo activamente a la estrategia médica local.

Como experto médico de campo, identificará investigadores y centros para estudios clínicos, facilitará actividades de educación médica y aportará conocimientos e insights científicos que fortalezcan la estrategia de Asuntos Médicos. Garantizará el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares éticos, científicos y regulatorios de GSK, contribuyendo al avance de la atención oncológica y al beneficio de los pacientes.

Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con equipos locales y globales, uniendo ciencia, tecnología y talento para adelantarnos a las enfermedades juntos.

Responsabilidades

Esta posición le brindará la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para impulsar su desarrollo profesional. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se incluyen:

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones científicas sólidas con oncólogos, líderes de opinión, investigadores y profesionales de la salud dentro del territorio asignado.

Proporcionar información médica y científica equilibrada, actualizada y basada en evidencia mediante interacciones individuales, programas educativos y advisory boards.

Identificar investigadores y centros de investigación para apoyar estudios clínicos, ensayos clínicos y actividades de reclutamiento de pacientes cuando corresponda.

Recopilar, analizar y comunicar insights científicos y clínicos provenientes del campo para apoyar la ejecución de la estrategia médica local.

Representar a GSK en congresos científicos y reuniones médicas, apoyando actividades no promocionales y compartiendo aprendizajes relevantes con la organización.

Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales de Asuntos Médicos, Desarrollo Clínico, Acceso al Mercado y Comercial para alinear prioridades científicas y estratégicas.

Calificaciones Básicas

Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones:

Título universitario en Medicina, Ciencias de la Salud o áreas afines.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Medical Science Liaison, Medical Scientific Liaison o posición similar dentro de Asuntos Médicos, idealmente en Oncología.

Conocimiento clínico sólido en oncología, incluyendo tratamientos actuales, evidencia científica y tendencias de investigación.

Experiencia en relacionamiento científico con líderes de opinión, investigadores y profesionales de la salud.

Nivel de inglés avanzado (B2+ o superior) y excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español.

Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente dentro de Colombia y ocasionalmente al extranjero.

Calificaciones Deseables

Será considerado un valor agregado contar con las siguientes características:

Especialización o estudios de posgrado en Oncología, Investigación Clínica, Epidemiología o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia apoyando ensayos clínicos, estudios iniciados por investigadores o desarrollo de centros de investigación.

Conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano y del entorno local de investigación clínica.

Experiencia presentando contenido científico en congresos médicos o participando en publicaciones científicas.

Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales y multifuncionales dentro de la industria farmacéutica o biotecnológica.

Manejo de herramientas digitales, sistemas de información médica y plataformas de gestión científica.
