Responsabilidades

Este rol te dará la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave que impulsarán tu carrera. Entre estas responsabilidades se incluyen las siguientes:

Construir y mantener relaciones científicas con expertos en hematologia y profesionales de la salud en tu territorio.

Compartir información médica equilibrada y basada en evidencia a través de interacciones uno a uno, juntas asesoras y programas educativos.

Identificar investigadores clínicos y sitios adecuados para apoyar la investigación clínica y facilitar el reclutamiento de pacientes.

Recopilar y reportar insights científicos y clínicos desde el campo para orientar la estrategia médica y los planes médicos locales.

Apoyar actividades médicas no promocionales en congresos y reuniones científicas, incluyendo la presentación de contenido médico y la elaboración de reportes sobre aprendizajes del evento.

Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo Asuntos Médicos, Desarrollo Clínico y Acceso al Mercado, para alinear prioridades científicas locales.

Este rol es presencial con flexibilidad híbrida. Se requiere presencia regular en campo y en nuestra oficina local, según corresponda.

 

Calificaciones Básicas

Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y cualificaciones necesarias para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos:

Título médico (MD) o título equivalente en ciencias de la vida o áreas relacionadas con la salud.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Medical Science Liaison o en un rol similar dentro de Asuntos Médicos, idealmente en hematologia.

Sólido conocimiento clínico en hematologia, incluyendo enfoques de tratamiento actuales y tendencias de investigación.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español; dominio profesional del inglés.

Capacidad para viajar regularmente dentro de Colombia y ocasionalmente a nivel internacional.

Compromiso con una interacción científica ética, responsable y no promocional.

 

Calificaciones Deseadas

Si cuentas con las siguientes características, será considerado un plus:

Título avanzado o formación de posgrado en hematologia, investigación clínica, epidemiología o un área relacionada.

Experiencia apoyando ensayos clínicos, estudios iniciados por investigadores o desarrollo de sitios.

Familiaridad con el sistema de salud colombiano y el entorno de investigación.

Experiencia presentando contenido científico en congresos o con publicaciones.

Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales y multifuncionales en empresas farmacéuticas o biotecnológicas.

Manejo de herramientas informáticas estándar y sistemas de información médica.
