We are looking for experienced Medical Representatives (Minsk Region)

Role Objective
Achieve sales and activity targets in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering high‑quality scientific and product information, and executing territory business plans in line with company strategy. Ensure optimal use of promotional resources while consistently leveraging competitor insights, CRM data, and market feedback to refine tactics and strengthen brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Manage the assigned territory in line with company strategy, objectives, values, and the Territory Business Plan.
Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits and calls to healthcare professionals to identify their needs and promote company products.
Provide accurate, ethical, and compliant scientific and medical information on products, in line with laws, regulations, and industry codes.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals.
Communicate with HCPs to gain feedback on product use and relay insights to the superior and relevant teams.
Develop and maintain an in‑depth understanding of company medications, therapeutic areas, and key clinical data.
Shape and communicate brand positioning and messaging in a way that’s consistent with marketing strategy.
Plan and prepare daily/weekly activities and customer interactions in collaboration with colleagues when defining the Territory Business Plan.
Log all client contacts, meetings, calls, promotional events in the CRM and other required databases.
Submit regular reports and analyses on activities, territory performance, and customer feedback to the superior.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments, adapting tactics to differentiate through service and product value.
Deliver exemplary customer service and professional conduct to enhance company reputation and competitive position.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry codes, company policies, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
Support adverse event reporting by capturing and forwarding safety information in line with PhV procedures.
Continuously update personal knowledge and skills through training and self‑learning to maintain high professional standards.
Required skills and qualifications
Higher education in Medicine, Pharmaceuticals or Biology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
