Medical Manager in the One Pharma Immunology medical team. A part of a high performing team with a can-do attitude to create and to deliver value to HCPs and patients.

The Immunology Medical Manager, Egypt will be responsible of the implementation of the Medical Strategy for the specified product/therapeutic areas under the guidance of Africa Immunology Therapy Area vision and in close partnership with the local Medical team, in alignment with the overall strategy and cross functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement the Africa MCO medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for the Immunology (Dupixent) therapeutic areas in Egypt.

Act as a trusted source of scientific and medical information and shared insights, effective and innovative strategic partner to our internal and external stakeholders and dedicated to public health.

Lead creation of Egypt Dupixent Medical plan as well as (omnichannel) communication strategy for Immunology, and creation of Egypt’s medical tactical plan and execution together with country medical Head and interpret new scientific data, literature, competitive trends and opportunities and adjust Egypt’s medical and educational activities accordingly.

Initiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practice.

Lead internal collaboration centered around insights generation activities and ensure data, facts and observations are gathered, reviewed and analyzed to be identified as insights and incorporated in strategic decision making.

Drive strategic and tactical management of publications and medical conference planning for Egypt.

Create industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative.

Support all company sponsored clinical trials and be a pro-active player in medical-CSU synergy initiatives.

Drive organization and implementation of Egypt’s Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings.

Support market access medical alignment and new indication launch preparation for Egypt

 

About You:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine. Medical Degree or equivalent medical degree preferred, PhD or PharmD

Professional Experience

5 years Industry experience (Medical affairs) and/or clinical experience, ideally with relevant TA experience

Good understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysis

Ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas

Excellent communication skills including driving challenging discussions· Develop a good understanding of HCP communication preferences to adapt communication style and optimize use of relevant channels to suit

Implement true scientific engagement journeys by bridging channel disconnect to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchange

Be confident in the use of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channels

Effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of HCPs and their centers with cross-functional teams to inform patient centric strategy

Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in navigating complex, evolving healthcare environments and organizational change

Embrace a growth mindset with continuous learning orientation to stay current with emerging scientific evidence, therapeutic innovations, and digital engagement strategies
