As a Medical Affairs Partner in our Regulatory & Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance team, you will support Roche Diagnostics Thailand's strategy by focusing on high-medical-value products that require education, clinician engagement, clinical trials, and evidence generation . You will serve as a subject matter expert, driving relationships with the medical and scientific community by communicating complex product-related information and providing specialist knowledge on research developments and new concepts in medical diagnosis .

The Opportunity:

Lead Scientific Knowledge Exchange: Build and sustain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, physicians, and medical partners, representing Roche at scientific conferences and managing advisory boards .

Drive Education & Training: Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned disease areas, reviewing and approving medical and scientific content for promotional materials, customer educational sessions, and internal team training .

Oversee Clinical Studies: Serve as the clinical study manager for Roche Sponsored Studies (RSS), Roche Collaboration Studies (RCS), and Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), managing budgets, maintaining SOP compliance, and supporting investigators .

Shape Medical Strategy: Drive the establishment of new standards of care by expanding commercial team disease management knowledge, understanding clinician needs, and influencing clinical practice patterns to drive protocol adoption .

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee all medical affairs activities strictly align with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Thai FDA, and Roche Diagnostics quality and regulatory guidelines .

Manage Medical Budgets: Develop, track, and manage financial allocations and operational budgets for medical scientific initiatives and investigator studies .

Provide Advanced Clinical Support: Deliver on-label, high-level technical and clinical guidance for healthcare customers while handling unsolicited off-label scientific requests compliantly .

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across commercial, regulatory, and quality teams to deliver compelling scientific storytelling, value stories, and strategic medical support for high-value diagnostic portfolios .

Who you are:

Educated Scientific Professional: You hold an advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or Master’s degree in Medical Technology, Microbiology, or a related field) .

Experienced Medical Affairs Lead: You bring 3–5 years of Medical Affairs experience (as an MSL, Medical Manager, or related scientific role) in Biotech, Pharma, or Diagnostics, with preferred experience in Diabetes or Cardiometabolic disease areas .

Expert Stakeholder Relationship Builder: You possess a proven track record of engaging healthcare professionals and developing collaborative partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) .

Clinical & Project Manager: You demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and planning skills to manage clinical trial pipelines, budgets, and multi-faceted medical projects .

Scientific Storyteller & Communicator: You exhibit exceptional scientific storytelling and peer-to-peer communication skills in both Thai and conversational/written English .

Strategic & Analytical Thinker: You are highly analytical and adaptable, with proficiency in technical tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to synthesize complex medical data and inform practice patterns .

Cross-Functional Collaborator: You excel in fast-paced environments, bringing coaching capabilities and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams while upholding strict compliance standards .
