Medical Advisor contributes to the development of medical strategy and provides Medical input into Brand Strategies and medical guidance and governance for all assigned therapeutic areas ensuring support during products life cycle all along.

This role works to execute the medical component of the Brand Strategies, ensure relevant team members are properly trained, and ensures medical efforts are properly documented.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned therapy areas by reviewing the literature, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders, participating in cross functional interactions, attending scientific congresses, etc.

Represent company toward external   stakeholder ,   in particular to   medical community members and organizations, patients and public officials.

Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in appropriate therapeutic areas and provide appropriate overall strategic and operational input into company objectives.

Contribute to the development of the   Medical   component of the Brand   Strategy, and   develop and implement Medical Plan for assigned  Therapeutic Areas . Support the development/revision and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required.

Develop and lead the Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders   engagement plans in accordance with the overall strategic brand plans.

Provide therapeutic and product expertise cross-functionally to internal customers in relevant Therapeutic Areas.

Support market access strategy by delivered content and playing role of key   member   in cross functional teams.

Review promotional materials and regulatory documents for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. Manage publications related to the brands.

Serve Medical Inquiries in accordance with relevant process requirements. Actively engage in personal development and training sessions.

Leading the management of Grants & Sponsorships ensuring proper documentation, contracts and payment.

Develop and maintain a good working relationship within local organization and interact directly with Regional/Global Medical Affairs and other affiliates to understand global strategy and share best practices.

Ensure all Medical activities are compliant with appropriate GOPs/SOP’s, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline and local law regulations.

Collect and report Adverse Events in accordance   to   Sandoz standard. Compliance with the Quality Manual guidelines, in terms of activities and adequate for the area.

Previous experience with Medical Advisory or related area (ideally in pharma/medical industry.

Practical experience in therapeutical area of care.

Fluent English.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:  

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Job location: Warsaw, Poland

Work mode: hybrid

Pay range (monthly salary):  gross/zł 15 209 - 28 241

Variable compensation: 

-Annual performance-based bonus: 15%

-Company car (or car allowance 2 900 zł gross );
