Onze locaties in Weesp en Olst vallen onder de Established Pharmaceutical Division. Op deze locaties produceren wij generieken medicijnen, die impact hebben op de gezondheid van mensen wereldwijd.
De stageopdracht
Tijdens deze stage ga je aan de slag met de implementatie van de 5S-methodiek binnen de Maintenance-werkplaats. Je helpt mee om de werkplaats overzichtelijker, veiliger en efficiënter in te richten en draagt bij aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren. Jouw werk zal dagelijks zichtbaar zijn voor monteurs en technici en helpt het onderhoudsproces naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Wat ga je doen?
De huidige inrichting van de werkplaats analyseren en verbeterkansen identificeren.
Een praktisch 5S-implementatieplan ontwikkelen.
De 5S-stappen (Sorteren, Schikken, Schoonmaken, Standaardiseren en Standhouden) samen met de gebruikers uitvoeren.
Visuele hulpmiddelen ontwikkelen, zoals markeringen, labels en werkplaatsstandaarden.
Werkinstructies, audits en borgingsprocessen opstellen.
Resultaten meten, evalueren en presenteren aan stakeholders.
Wat breng je mee?
Je volgt een MBO niveau 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Middenkader Engineering, Technisch Leidinggevende of Logistiek Supervisor.
Je hebt interesse in techniek, procesverbetering en Lean-methodieken.
Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met monteurs, technici en andere stakeholders.
Je bent communicatief vaardig en praktisch ingesteld.
