Bij Bayer Enkhuizen zoeken we een Manufacturing Engineer die het voortouw neemt in het optimaliseren van onze zaadverwerking. Je werkt op een innovatieve productiesite waar precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan, en waar jouw technische inzicht direct zichtbaar is in het eindproduct.
Als Manufacturing Engineer ben je het technische geweten van de site. Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden, vertaalt data naar concrete acties en stuurt complexe projecten van idee tot implementatie. Je werkt nauw samen met operators, technici en de Maintenance & Facility Engineer, en rapporteert aan de Unit Lead End-to-End Product Mission. Dit is een fulltime, onsite functie, dagelijkse aanwezigheid in Enkhuizen is vereist.
Wat ga je doen?
Leiden en managen van complexe procesverbeteringsprojecten op de site
Ondersteunen bij proces- en machineontwerpen en efficiencyprojecten, inclusief afstemming met externe aannemers
Beheren van het MoC-proces en borgen dat alle wijzigingen correct worden gedocumenteerd en doorgevoerd
Verantwoordelijk voor het PO-proces (CAPEX/OPEX) bij projectimplementatie
Uitvoeren van Value Stream Mapping, Loss & Waste-analyses en Opportunity Assessments
Data analyseren en optimalisaties prioriteren op basis van ROI
Input leveren voor het Site Master Plan met onderbouwde businesscases
Actief scouten op nieuwe technologieën en deelnemen aan het global Process Engineer-netwerk
Wie ben jij?
HBO Techniek (bijv. HAS Green Academy of vergelijkbaar)
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in de zaad-, agri- of biotechsector, dit is een harde eis
Aantoonbare ervaring met projectleiding en het verbeteren van productie-efficiëntie
Sterk in data-analyse, projectmanagement en continue verbetering
Bedreven in Lean Manufacturing; LEAN-certificering is een pré
Vloeiend Nederlands én Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in stakeholdermanagement
Wat bieden wij?
Salaris tussen € 65.000 en € 75.000 bruto per jaar, inclusief vakantiegeld
Jaarlijkse bonus (exclusief bovenstaand salaris)
