Maintenance Planner- Specialist Engineering

As a Maintenance Planner- Specialist Engineering, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our state-of-the-art facilities and supporting our mission to save and improve lives around the world.
Responsibilities
Assign codes to work orders.
Make field inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes.
Develop work plans for maintenance jobs with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of maintenance work.
Create, use, and maintain plant history and other technical files to update information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays.
Perform purchasing duties as required.
Stage materials and special tools as required.
Evaluate job feedback to improve job plans.
Stay up to date with current site safety rules and regulations.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) computer software and other computer applications to support the maintenance function.
Update CMMS records and master data.
Provide technical assistance as required for maintenance personnel.
Prepare reports as required.
Support positive safety culture.
Explain and enforce all GMPs, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in audits, regulatory inspections, and training in the area of responsibility.
Perform related duties as required.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, manage work priorities based on scheduling needs, and engage the proper resources to execute a safe, effective, and efficient job for all planned Preventative, Predictive, and Corrective work orders.
Provide planning support for assigned areas, which may include vaccine bulk manufacturing, filling, lyophilization, packaging, and/or support utilities including power, HVAC, steam, WFI, and controlled temperature units.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or another technical field OR equivalent industry experience within a maintenance organization.
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience, technical support group, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of large industrial equipment such as fans, pumps, and air handlers and their associated components such as bearings and actuators.
Strong computer skills (CMMS, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.
Preferred
Working Knowledge of cGMPs for pharmaceutical and/or vaccine manufacturing.
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional certification.

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
