Job Summary
Responsible for the commercial policy of EGIS RO in Kazakhstan, assure all processes in line with EGIS PLC procedures. Responsible for the overall planning and direction of the distribution operation -orders, deliveries and available stock of EGIS RO in Kazakhstan and with contracted wholesalers (WS).
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement commercial policies for Kazakhstan, including WS commercial conditions and contracts; represent the company in negotiations with wholesalers and other partners, balancing reasonable risk and turnover protection.
Manage order-to-cash processes with WS: order processing, payment and turnover monitoring, stock and delivery planning, and day-to-day logistics support.
Coordinate distribution operations with contracted wholesalers and customs warehouses (CWH): prepare and follow up delivery orders, monitor CWH/WS stock, ensure goods availability with HQ, and support/participate in warehouse audits.
Maintain and develop partner network: manage existing WS and logistics partners, identify and negotiate with potential new distributors, and coordinate agreement documentation with HQ.
Support commercial growth: organize commercial promotions, update WS on new products and launches, and manage prices for non-promoted products.
Lead commercial planning and reporting: contribute commercial input to the 3‑year plan, prepare monthly sales forecasts as key forecasting software user, and deliver regular primary/secondary sales and distribution activity reports for HQ and the Representative Office.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferably in Economics
Upper intermediate command of English written and verbal
Computer skills, especially expert level knowledge of MS Excel
Driving license
Experience and skills:
At least 3 years of experience in commercial/distribution field
Commercial procedures and working with distributors on local market
Methods and procedures of managing prospective and current stocks and logistics planning
Proven experience in a managerial role, including managing a team
Strategic and analytical thinking
Precise, well organized, resilient and customer-oriented working style
Self-motivated personality
Exceptional communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
