LEARNING AND PERFORMANCE SENIOR MANAGER - REST OF WORLD

LIVE

What you will do

In this role, you will lead the Learning & Performance agenda for ELMAC Rest of World, enabling a scalable and market-connected approach across a diverse set of affiliates. You will translate enterprise and OUS GCCI priorities into practical capability plans, helping markets build the leadership, customer engagement and execution disciplines needed to deliver their business priorities.

You will work within OUS GCCI Learning & Performance as part of a connected enterprise-to-market model. Global teams build enterprise strategy, standards and scalable assets; OUS GCCI translates these into coherent regional roadmaps, adoption systems and market performance learning loops; markets adapt and reinforce them in local customer and business contexts.

You will be a strategic partner to Commercial and market leaders, bringing strong judgement, practical execution discipline and a collaborative approach across a complex matrix.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Drive a scalable Rest of World capability agenda

Develop and manage the Rest of World Learning & Performance roadmap, aligning priorities, sequencing and deployment plans with OUS GCCI strategy and market needs.

Coordinate deployment of global capability priorities into Rest of World, providing practical product knowledge support and market enablement for priority initiatives.

Create a clear understanding of market capability maturity, demand and readiness, using this to target support and differentiate delivery appropriately.

Scale common capability standards, tools and practices across markets while protecting the flexibility required for local customer, cultural and business contexts.

Provide product capability support for priority brands, launches and strategic initiatives, connecting product needs with practical market readiness and field enablement.

Coordinate capability plans across multiple markets, ensuring a realistic volume of work and a clear path from priorities to execution.

2. Enable adoption and execution excellence

Lead deployment and reinforcement of priority capability initiatives, working with market leaders and local Learning & Performance resources to embed them in daily routines.

Lead and coordinate the network of local Learning & Performance resources across Rest of World, providing clarity on priorities, standards and delivery expectations while the future reporting-line model is finalised.

Strengthen manager-led coaching, adoption and usage, helping markets sustain new ways of working beyond the initial learning intervention.

Use feedback, diagnostics and performance insights to identify implementation barriers and adjust plans rapidly.

Share proven approaches across the Rest of World community and make strong practices reusable for other markets.

3. Build effective market and enterprise partnerships

Partner closely with market Commercial and HR colleagues to turn business needs into focused capability responses and clear implementation ownership.

Connect Rest of World market insight into OUS GCCI and Global Learning & Performance teams, contributing to solution design, standards and roadmap decisions.

Facilitate a connected community of market Learning & Performance colleagues and champions to encourage collaboration, peer learning and consistent execution.

Contribute to future capability readiness by identifying emerging skill needs and supporting the adoption of modern, digital and AI-enabled learning approaches.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
