Verantwortlichkeiten
Als Produktionsmitarbeiter / Laboratory Worker (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team.
Zu deinen Tätigkeiten gehören:
Sorgfältige Durchführung der Herstellungsprozesse und analytischen Protokolle gemäß Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) unter Berücksichtigung höchster Qualitätsstandards.
Herstellung von Puffer und Lösungen
Reinigung von Proteinen mittels folgender Methoden: Zellaufschluss mittels Hochdruck-, oder Ultraschallaufschluss, Fällungen, Chromatographie, Ultra- und Diafiltration, Dialyse.
Selbstständige Bedienung und Steuerung automatisierter Laboranlagen und Systeme (Prozessleitsystem (PLS), PCS7 Simatic Batch, Unicorn).
Durchführung und Auswertung analytischer Tests, um die Qualität und Effizienz unserer Prozesse sicherzustellen.
Aktive Beteiligung an der Implementierung von Herstellprozessen auf bestehende und neue Anlagen und der Inbetriebnahme von automatisierten Anlagen (z.B.: Phasentests, Rezeptierung).
Identifizierung und Behebung technischer und prozessseitiger Herausforderungen (Troubleshooting).
Unterstützung bei Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen unserer Prozesse und Anlagen.
Dein Profil | Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker oder Bachelor in einem relevanten Bereich
Oder alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant, Biologielaborant, Chemikant oder ähnliche Qualifikation (z. B. CTA, BTA) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung mit der Produktion und Analytik (idealerweise von Enzymen) , kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, präzise und effizient zu arbeiten.
Kompetenz in der Erstellung von Rezepten zur Steuerung von automatisierten Produktions-Großanlagen
Hohe Genauigkeit und Verantwortung in der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. GMP).
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um Dokumentations- und Kommunikationsanforderungen vollständig zu erfüllen.
Technisches Geschick (hohes Interesse an IT und Verfahrenstechnik) und Teamgeist, gepaart mit der Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen proaktiv zu stellen.
Die Position ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
