La Oportunidad
Lideras la estrategia de consultoría para posicionar a Roche como la mejor opción mediante el diseño de laboratorios eficientes y automatizados.
Actúas como puente estratégico entre las necesidades operativas, el valor clínico para los pagadores y la adopción de soluciones de salud digital.
Facilitas discusiones y talleres estratégicos con directivos (C-Level) para diagnosticar desafíos y demostrar la relevancia de un diagnóstico oportuno.
Colaboras en un entorno inclusivo, impulsando la transformación digital con plataformas tecnológicas de vanguardia como navify®.
Formas parte de un ecosistema que promueve el aprendizaje continuo y te brinda oportunidades de desarrollo para alcanzar el éxito.
Responsabilidades
Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de consultores (4 reportes directos), fomentando una cultura de alto desempeño y coaching.
Habilitar el negocio articulando razones de valor para los pagadores sobre cómo un diagnóstico certero es clave para obtener un tratamiento efectivo.
Integrar metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma) con marcos de transformación tecnológica para optimizar flujos de trabajo.
Aplicar una mentalidad crítica ( critical mindset ) para investigar causas raíz, resolviendo cuellos de botella en áreas terapéuticas y operativas.
Garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos cara al cliente, colaborando matricialmente con equipos comerciales y estratégicos.
Quién eres
Cuentas con más de 6 años de experiencia en consultoría de gestión, mejora de procesos o diseño de soluciones operativas para la salud.
Demuestras más de 2 años de experiencia en liderazgo de equipos, siendo aceptable el liderazgo de proyectos matriciales e influencia multifuncional.
Posees una mentalidad crítica para investigar, entender la dinámica del negocio del cliente y resolver problemas complejos desde la causa raíz.
Tienes un nivel de inglés y español avanzado o fluido (mandatorio) para asegurar una comunicación ejecutiva efectiva.
Tienes un título universitario en Ciencias, Tecnología, Ingeniería, Administración de la Salud, Negocios o carreras afines.
Deseable
Experiencia en consultoría general con exposición a entornos hospitalarios, dispositivos médicos, áreas terapéuticas o TI en salud (LIS/HIS).
Certificación o dominio experto en metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma) y gestión del cambio.
Estudios de Maestría o MBA.
