Role Purpose
This key role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic professional with a strong background in both hematology and oncology fields. Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Oncology Business Unit.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid scientific knowledge and understanding of the Hematology/Oncology market, competition, and our extensive product portfolio.
Establish and nurture relationships with key therapeutic area experts, medical oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote our registered products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategic plans to maximize market share and product adoption.
Design and implement comprehensive account plans, executing sales tactics and strategies that focus on product awareness, increasing adoption, and expanding market share.
Monitor product usage and stock levels to ensure continuous patient supply and prevent shortages.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business unit members, providing regular market updates and portfolio performance insights.
Collaborate effectively with the Oncology Cross-Functional Team to develop and execute strategic, customer-focused initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pharmacist with valid SCFHS with proven track record in pharmaceutical sales; at least 1 years of experience is a must.
previous experience in Hematology, Oncology or rare disease is a must.
Ability to travel frequently across the kingdom as required by the business needs (at least 30% of time).
Autonomous and self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific ideas to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
