El Key Account Manager (KAM) es responsable de la gestión estratégica de cuentas clave dentro del entorno farmacéutico, incluyendo hospitales, instituciones de salud, financiadores (payers) y otros grupos de interés prioritarios. Responsabilidades Principales:
Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave del sector salud.
Diseñar y ejecutar planes de cuentas alineados con las estrategias de marca y acceso al mercado.
Impulsar la colaboración transversal con los equipos de Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs y Comercial.
Identificar oportunidades de acceso y crecimiento dentro de sistemas de salud complejos.
Apoyar conversaciones basadas en valor, en concordancia con los marcos científicos aprobados.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares éticos y las regulaciones de la industria farmacéutica
Requisitos y Competencias:
Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
Experiencia comprobada como Key Account Manager dentro de la industria farmacéutica o del sector salud.
Experiencia en Oncologia idealmente
Sólido conocimiento de los sistemas de salud y del entorno de financiadores (payers).
Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
Capacidad para trabajar en entornos matriciales y con equipos multifuncionales.
