Junior Demand Planner Generics (f/m/d)   

Laichingen | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Fix-term | Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics   | All target groups

Fixed term: This position is limited to 12 months.

What you can expect

In your role as Demand Planner in Supply Chain Management, you plan the rolling forecast, taking into account Open House and tender contracts with health insurance companies as well as marketing and sales activities with pharmacies and wholesalers.

You plan tenders, determine tender volumes and thus ensure optimal supply to the market.

You continuously monitor market and competitive developments, analyze sales and market data (e.g. IQVIA, IMS Health) and derive concrete action recommendations for Marketing and Sales.

You track out-of-stock situations, analyze root causes and coordinate countermeasures to ensure product availability.

In your role as local coordinator, you optimize product availability together with Supply Chain and Demand Planning and support the handling of supply-chain-related topics.

You support internal and external subject-matter projects, implement new planning tools and assist in the preparation and participation in S&OP meetings.

You prepare ad-hoc evaluations and data analyses as a basis for management decisions and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the demand planning process and achievement of KPI targets.

Who we are looking for

You have a university degree, ideally in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and/or Business Analytics.

You bring initial professional experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably as a Demand or Supply Planner in the pharmaceutical industry.

You have experience in Business Analytics and Data Analysis as well as a strong analytical mindset and structured working style.

You are characterized by strong teamwork and communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.

You possess business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP experience and practical know-how with industry-specific market research software (e.g. IQVIA, IMS Health).
