Job Description:

强生医美与重建事业部-重建市场部实习生

【工作内容】

1. 实现业务数据收集、整理与分析，梳理业务表现，为业务复盘及市场策略制定提供支持；

2. 协助市场信息及竞品资料搜集，检索并整理行业指南、专家共识及学术文献，支持产品推广内容与销售工具开发；

3. 参与产品相关PPT及市场推广材料的制作与优化，协助整合产品信息、学术证据及一线反馈；

4. 协助市场部日常系统流程的申请与跟进，支持跨部门沟通与其他日常工作

【所需能力及要求】

1. 尽快入职，每周保证5个完整的工作日，实习期至少持续6个月；

2. 具有熟练的Excel数据处理能力及良好的PPT功底；

3. 拥有外企市场部经验优先；

4. 拥有医疗/医美行业相关知识储备与经验的优先；

5. 985、211本科及以上学位在读；无严格专业限制，医疗专业（医药/生物医学工程等）相关优先；

6. 流利的英语和中文，良好的口语和书面沟通能力，有TOEFL，IELTS 成绩优先；

7. 具有上进心，工作态度主动，可以独立地完成工作，能承受工作压力与挑战；
