Release and upgrade delivery: Contribute to PEMS upgrades and releases by developing changes, assessing risk, designing and executing tests, and deploying to validation and production environments.
Testing and validation: Prepare and execute SIT and OQ test cases and support compliant delivery across the end-to-end release cycle.
Business collaboration: Work with users, system owners, system managers, product and project stakeholders, IT SMEs, service providers, consultants and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuous improvement: Understand system functionality, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, propose new ideas and adapt methods based on operational experience and feedback.
Agile delivery: Contribute actively in daily stand-ups, PI Planning, team channels and other Agile delivery activities.
Who you'll work with

Your partners will include line-of-business users, system owners and managers, product and project stakeholders, department managers, IT subject-matter experts, service providers, external consultants, vendors and the Release Train Engineer.

You will work in an international, regulated environment where technical quality, compliance and dependable laboratory systems matter. The role offers broad ownership across development, problem solving, validation, stakeholder collaboration and release delivery, with opportunities to deepen your LabVantage expertise and influence future improvements.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
