As part of the Business Development team, within the Alliance Management function, you will contribute to making strategic collaborations successful. This includes supporting the negotiation and implementation of agreements, helping translate contracts into concrete activities, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that both parties meet their commitments.

Our Partnerships span multiple regions and involve teams with diverse ways of working, communication styles, and business cultures.

In this internship, you will support the Alliance Management Leads in coordinating collaboration activities and gain visibility into the management of strategic partnerships.

You will learn how to navigate this complexity and make collaboration smoother, measurable, and scalable.

In short: you’ll be part of the team that connects people, priorities, and processes, globally.

This is what you will do

Collaboration Support

You will support the Alliance Team in orchestrating key activities across internal functions and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on tools, processes and governance that enable global collaborations.

Support to Collaboration Tools and Processes

You will help the Alliance Management team ensure that internal tools and processes used to manage collaborations run smoothly.

Partnership Health Surveys

These surveys help assess the quality of collaboration with strategic global partners. In this area you will prepare, launch, track and follow up on surveys with partners  to facilitate analysis by Alliance Managers

Alliance Risk database Support

The Alliance team maintains a centralized internal database to track partnership-related risks.

You will need to have

Economics or Business Administration, Law or Mangagement Engineering  or Degree in Life Sciences

Fluent English

Proactive mindset and attitude to problem-solving approach

Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn through hands-on experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities with guidance

Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (& cultures)

What you will learn

How global alliances are governed across discovery, development and commercial stages

How to translate business needs into system requirements, testing and rollouts

How partnership execution impacts portfolio, pipeline and company growth
