#LI-HybridAs an Integrated Insights Business Partner, you act as the strategic insights expert within Execution Excellence, translating complex market, commercial, and global data into clear, actionable recommendations. You go beyond reporting by uncovering underlying drivers, shaping business decisions, and influencing brand, access, and execution strategies in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Job DescriptionKey responsibilitiesAct as the primary insights partner to Therapeutic Area and Value & Access teams, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.Translate business strategies into a prioritized insights agenda, defining key questions and driving hypothesis-driven analytics and research plans.Proactively generate forward-looking insights by identifying market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.Align and consolidate insight needs into a unified, business-relevant roadmap and influence stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.Own and evolve performance dashboards, including KPI definition, ensuring data accuracy and delivering clear analytical storytelling for decision-making.Translate complex data into actionable insights, shaping discussions in brand planning, reviews, and leadership forums.Develop and manage market models and forecasts, including demand drivers, lifecycle analyses, and forward-looking scenario planning.Conduct deep-dive analyses and integrate multiple data sources to generate holistic insights across market, customer, and brand performance.Leverage digital tools, Power BI, and AI-driven approaches to enhance insight generation, efficiency, and knowledge reuse.Ensure compliance with research standards and governance, including data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research (advanced degree preferred), with fluency in English and the local language, and several years of experience in insights, analytics, or commercial strategy roles in healthcare.Proven experience in integrated insights, market research, or business analytics with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.Experience with performance dashboards, KPIs, and tools such as Power BI.Knowledge of market modeling, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis.Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Experience integrating diverse data sources and translating them into clear business recommendations.Curiosity for innovation, including the use of AI and advanced analytics techniques.High level of integrity, communication skills, and business acumen.Rewards At Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives. We also offer a variety of competitive benefits in kind to help you thrive personally and professionally, such as insurance plans, retirement plans, wellbeing resources and global recognition programs. In addition, we provide flexible and hybrid working options, where possible, and a minimum of 14 weeks paid parental leave. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 66,918.00 - 104,400.00 EUR The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.  In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
