About this opportunity

Your impact begins here

As HR Professional II, you will make sure every requisition reaches the right recruiter, quickly and accurately. You will keep global recruitment teams moving by applying the allocation matrix, coordinating assignments and handling salary range information with care. Your work helps hiring teams get started sooner and helps Novo bring in the people who turn science into progress for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you’ll bring

•       An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related HR field.

•       Experience with stakeholder management and solid business knowledge.

•       An understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the recruitment workflow.

•       Good spoken and written English, and the ability to adapt your style for recruiters, team leads, sourcers and administration teams.

•       A structured, detail-oriented and service-minded approach, with the discipline to follow up professionally.

•       Curiosity, a proactive mindset and the ability to apply critical thinking when something does not fit the process.

Useful, but not essential:

•       Experience coordinating with recruiters, team leads, sourcers and administration teams.

•       Exposure to salary range management or compensation alignment.

What you’ll do

You will be the link between incoming requisitions and the recruiters who act on them, keeping the process accurate, clear and on time.

•       Dispatch requisitions to the right recruiter using the allocation matrix, based on region, legal entity and organisational unit.

•       Coordinate recruiter assignments across global recruitment teams to support balanced, process-compliant workload distribution.

•       Hand over requisition information accurately, monitor process touchpoints, and escalate gaps, missing information or assignment conflicts.

•       Track routing queries and help resolve them quickly, keeping stakeholders updated on status, dependencies and next steps.

•       Support salary range management and compensation alignment by validating inputs, sharing them with the right stakeholders and flagging exceptions or mismatches for review.

•       Handle sensitive compensation information with care and within defined process boundaries, while contributing to documentation discipline, service quality and continuous improvement.

Who you’ll work with

You will join People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, where colleagues help create an engaging, inclusive workplace and attract and develop the talent needed to support Novo’s purpose. This is an individual contributor role with daily global stakeholder interaction.

Your closest partners will be recruiters, recruiter teams, team leads, sourcers and administration colleagues across global recruitment teams. You will also work with the stakeholders involved in salary range and compensation alignment. Clear, timely communication from you keeps requisitions moving and helps people across regions and legal entities work with the same information.

What you can expect here

You will work in an international setting where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard. You will build deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition process and see how recruitment operations support hiring across Novo, which opens the door to new skills and wider experience across the value chain.

You will be trusted to take ownership, supported to perform at your best, and expected to raise the bar through honest feedback and continuous improvement. When something stalls, you will speak up, decide and follow through.

How this role compares

Computed from every other active Other / Corporate Functions role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
