THE POSITION
Be a key driver of data-driven decision making by transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that create business impact across Thailand.
L ead analytics, forecasting, and business planning capabilities that enable commercial excellence, strategic decision-making, and sustainable business growth .
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, partner with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and accelerate business performance through advanced analytics .
Tasks & R esponsibilities
L ead analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Develop forecasting models, business projections, and scenario analyses to support business planning, resource allocation, and future pipeline decisions .
Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics and reporting processes.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy , Life Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields .
Minimum of 3 years of p roven experience in Business Analytics, Forecasting, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles within the Life Science industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including forecasting, business planning, product lifecycle management, launch readiness, and pipeline planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and business decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence stakeholders, and communicate analytical insights effectively in a matrix environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis or visualization tools; experience with business intelligence platforms and project management tools is an advantage.
Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required.
