The Position
Der Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst ist ein Eckpfeiler im weltweiten Produktions- und Logistiknetzwerk von Roche. Über 1500 Personen sind hier beschäftigt und der Standort beherbergt den weltweit grössten und innovativsten Verpackungsbetrieb von Roche.
Die Gruppe Local Packaging Development (LPD), ist als Teil der MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Organisation, für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Sekundär-und Tertiärpackmitteln am Standort Kaiseraugst verantwortlich.
Die Möglichkeit
Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Local Packaging Development am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du das Team in vielseitigen Belangen und es erwarten dich spannende Aufgaben in der Welt der Pharma-Packmittel.
In diesem Praktikum wirst Du:
Die Abteilung durch Bearbeitung eines eigenen Projektes im Bereich des Prozessmappings unterstützen.
In lokalen Verpackungsprojekten mitarbeiten (z. B. Weiterentwicklung von Packmitteln).
An der Optimierung und Verschlankung von Prozessen mitwirken.
Dokumente erstellen, bearbeiten und prüfen.
Die Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützen inklusive Moderation von Sitzungen.
Teil eines selbstorganisierten und agilen Teams sein.
Wer Du bist
Du bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich (Verpackungs-)Ingenieurwesen, Pharmatechnik, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften, Life Science, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandte Richtungen innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse, Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines 9-12 monatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen.
Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab:
Sehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und schnelles Auffassungsvermögen
Freude an der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Kreativität, Ideenreichtum und Innovation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationsskills
Gute MS Office sowie Google Workspace Kenntnisse
Der Start des Praktikums ist ab 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung möglich. Bitte gib Dein präferiertes Startdatum und die gewünschte Praktikumsdauer in Deiner Bewerbung an.
