Identifying, mapping, and managing key healthcare ecosystem stakeholders across Bangladesh to build trusted, long-term strategic partnerships.

Translating complex clinical data into robust economic and societal value propositions, including Health Technology Assessment (HTA) elements and cost-effectiveness arguments.

Partnering with government bodies such as the MoHFW, DGHS, and public institutions to unlock sustainable funding and access pathways for innovative treatments.

Navigating and aligning initiatives with the Bangladeshi government’s fiscal calendar, procurement guidelines, national health planning frameworks, and the Annual Development Programme (ADP).

Co-creating and executing policy proposals, funding strategies (public/private), and Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) collaborations for designated disease areas.

Gathering and integrating local external insights into Roche’s strategy while sharing internal scientific knowledge and expertise out with the healthcare ecosystem.

Mobilizing and prioritizing resources from both the local affiliate and the global Roche network to address critical system-level challenges.

Leading cross-functional projects with internal partners, including Patient Journey Partners, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Regulatory teams.

Developing and presenting evidence-based funding cases directly to institutional decision-makers, policymakers, and government officials.

Leveraging digital tools and innovative methodologies to enhance stakeholder engagement and maximize impact across healthcare ecosystems.

Evaluating shared value initiatives and displaying the accountability to prioritize high-impact opportunities while stopping activities that do not deliver clear outcomes.

Who you are:

You are an entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who thrives on making a tangible difference in patients' lives. You possess strong emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and the unique ability to align business goals with ecosystem needs.

Commercial & Strategic Experience: Demonstrated track record in healthcare commercial strategy, market access, or strategic stakeholder management within Bangladesh.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
