Your Role
This role reports to the Head of Global Customer Service, with sponsorship across Life Science, Healthcare, Electronics, and LS Finance, and owns the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process globally. It is a critical enterprise role, responsible for defining the target state, governance, controls, and performance framework for one of the organization’s most important value chains, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across regions and across key interfaces including Sales, Finance, IT, CRM, and ERP.
With an initial focus on the two core L1 processes, Lead to Order and Order to Cash, the role drives end-to-end integration, standardization, and harmonization across the business while balancing local regulatory and operational requirements. It sets the strategic direction for the process, aligns functional process owners and cross-functional partners, and leads improvements across key subprocesses including Lead Management, Order Planning and Contract Alignment, Order Management, Invoicing, Pricing, Contracts, Complaint Management, and Master Data.
The role also owns the process performance agenda, including KPIs, dashboards, quarterly reviews, benefits realization, risk management, controls, audit readiness, data governance, and change adoption. Working across process, technology, and people, it partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements, automation, and data quality initiatives that strengthen performance, control, and business value across the organization.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ years of experience in Lead-to-Cash, Customer Service, or related process roles.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs or end-to-end process redesign initiatives at a global or regional scale.
Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, define key performance indicators, and drive performance management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience partnering with IT/Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management teams to prioritize system enhancements, automation, and data quality improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash sub-processes including Pricing, Contracts, Order Management, Complaint Management, Invoicing, and Master Data.
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management platforms (such as SAP or Oracle) and familiarity with data governance and Master Data Management concepts.
Knowledge of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance and internal control frameworks, with experience supporting audits and remediation activities.
Ability to leverage data analytics and key performance indicator reporting to translate metrics into actionable process improvements.
Strong change management and communication skills, with a track record of driving adoption across large, diverse organizations.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, practical applications, and ethical considerations, including how AI tools can be applied to process optimization, decision-making, and data governance in a responsible and informed manner.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
