The Position

Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day delivery of Financial Business Partner operations and achieve agreed service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.

Manage team performance through coaching, capability development, workload balancing, and regular performance reviews to ensure high employee engagement and productivity.

Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, resolving service risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain stable and efficient operations.

Partner with global stakeholders, process owners, and business teams to address business needs, improve customer experience, and strengthen service delivery.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance requirements, audit expectations, and applicable policies while proactively managing operational risks.

Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives that increase efficiency, enhance service quality, and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other business-related fields.

At least 4 years of leadership experience.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing operational teams, with a proven track record in performance management, coaching, capability building, and talent development.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across global functions, cultures, and organizational levels.

Proven success in leading service delivery and operational excellence, including achievement of KPI and SLA targets within a shared services, global business services, or comparable operational environment.

Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement principles, with the ability to balance operational efficiency, control requirements, and customer needs.

Strategic, analytical, and digitally savvy mindset, with experience leveraging data, emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization to drive business outcomes and operational transformation.
