Identify and prioritize opportunities to diversify revenue through new customer groups, new logos, Emerging Biotech, Korea Top Pharma, strategic CDMOs, new applications, and emerging modalities.

Use market forecasts, customer pipeline maturity, funding activity, molecule and modality trends, competitive intelligence, and purchasing data to shape clear commercial choices.

Translate global and APAC priorities into local plans with milestones, resource requirements, risks, and measurable business impact.

Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, linking strategic choices to pipeline creation, customer value, revenue growth, and execution.

B. New business development and opportunity creation

Identify, qualify, and pursue complex or strategic opportunities aligned with PS growth priorities; maintain a balanced pipeline of new logos, partnerships, expansion opportunities, and new markets.

C. Market penetration and customer expansion

Identify whitespace across existing accounts, sites, plants, portfolios, applications, modalities, and indications to increase penetration and share of wallet.

Partner with Territory Heads to grow high-potential Invest and Scale accounts, selectively expand Optimize accounts, and seed long-term opportunities in Incubate accounts.

Create repeatable plays for cross-selling, platform adoption, strategic partnerships, and conversion of high-value opportunities.

Monitor competitor activity, win/loss patterns, conversion, opportunity aging, and penetration progress; intervene early when performance is below plan.

D. PS Evolve implementation and commercial effectiveness

Translate future-potential segmentation into practical local priorities across Monitor, Optimize, Incubate, Invest, and Scale customer groups.

Clarify roles and hand-offs across Account Management, Inside Sales, Emerging Biotech, CA, MSAT/TSS, Business Development, Commercial PMO, Marketing, and Operations.

Deploy the right commercial and technical capabilities to priority opportunities and enable Account Managers to spend more time in high-value customer-facing activities.

Turn Evolve principles into workflows, governance, KPIs, enablement, and feedback loops; drive adoption and continuous improvement through workshops and field use cases.

E. Strategic deals, partnerships, and execution

Co-create enterprise and mega-deal strategies, including long-term commercial proposals, capacity and supply-security narratives, expansion cases, and executive governance.

Develop strategic partnerships with customers, distributors, ecosystem partners, and OnePS stakeholders to expand reach and accelerate adoption.

Orchestrate complex initiatives across commercial, technical, quality, regulatory, supply, operations, finance, and legal teams; establish milestones, risks, decision rights, and escalation paths.

How this role compares

Computed from every other active Other / Corporate Functions role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
