HCP Engagement & Innovation Manager

MKT, CE&E, Customer Experience (CX)

Role Purpose : Build and evolve HCP engagement capabilities by integrating engagement effectiveness, customer analytics, content ecosystem innovation, AI-enabled engagement and future interaction models.

Key Responsibilities

Establish engagement effectiveness frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and reports to guide continuous optimization.

Own Segmentation & Targeting governance, customer prioritization methodology and adoption ladder measurement.

Generate actionable HCP engagement insights and translate analytics into business recommendations.

Drive content tagging, content performance measurement and content ecosystem simplification and AI adoption .

Pilot AI-enabled engagement use cases and new models such as WeCom, Direct-to-HCP and personalized interaction.

Success Measures

Improvement in engagement effectiveness, HCP experience and customer impact metrics.

Adoption of S&T, Adoption Ladder and insight-driven engagement planning.

Delivery of innovation pilots and scalable new engagement capabilities.

Stakeholder satisfaction and organizational adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

8+ years in customer engagement, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, analytics, omnichannel, marketing excellence or digital transformation.

Experience in engagement measurement, analytics methodology, innovation pilots and transformation initiatives.

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Strong analytical problem solving, innovation mindset, customer centricity, communication and change adoption skills.
