We are looking for an exceptional Medical Strategy Lead - Regenerative Neural Cell Therapy who is strategic, collaborative, and scientifically credible to join our United States Medical team, based near Atlanta, GA.

About the role 

You will lead United States medical strategy and execution for an emerging regenerative neural cell therapy. You will translate global strategy and clinical-development priorities into launch-readiness, field-medical, evidence, and scientific-engagement plans. As a senior medical leader and subject-matter expert, you will enable compliant scientific exchange, represent regional perspectives globally, and build credible relationships across priority healthcare ecosystems.

Who you'll work with 

You will partner closely with the global asset medical team and colleagues across Clinical Development, Evidence Generation, Patient Safety, Market Access, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. You will also guide United States field medical colleagues and engage external scientific experts, investigators, professional associations, treatment centers, payer stakeholders, and patient organizations.

What you'll do 

Lead United States medical strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle planning aligned globally

Translate clinical-development priorities into compliant field medical plans, resources, and scientific messaging

Coordinate medical readiness across planned clinical sites with development and study-operations partners

Oversee medically sound content, data dissemination, publications, and contextualized scientific information

Build trusted relationships with scientific experts, researchers, professional bodies, and patient organizations

Define objectives and measures for execution quality, insights, stakeholder impact, and effectiveness

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following: 

Minimum requirements 

Doctoral degree (MD/PhD) in medicine or science, with neurology or epilepsy expertise

8+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical medical-affairs experience

3+ years leading medical strategy within a matrix organization

3+ years supporting drug development and regulatory approval processes

Demonstrated success translating scientific and clinical strategy into effective field execution

Credibility with United States scientific experts, professional societies, and neurology treatment centers

Preferred requirements 

Have led the launch of a novel therapy or significant shift in treatment practice

Familiarity with United States regulatory interactions and reviewer engagement

Proven ability to derive actionable insights from scientific stakeholder engagement

Strong track record influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

Skilled in developing medical resources, scientific messaging, and launch-enabling tools

Demonstrated success using metrics to evaluate medical impact and operational effectiveness.

Salary

The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $184,000 to $241,500 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
