SummaryThe BioMarin Financial Development Program (FDP) is designed to accelerate your growth as a finance and business leader while providing meaningful exposure to the biotech industry. Participants gain hands-on functional experience, build leadership capabilities, and contribute to impactful work across Finance. In addition to on-the-job learning, participants benefit from coaching, specialized training, and community engagement.The FDP is a 24-month program consisting of two 12-month rotations. Rotations may include corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, and operations.
