The Position
Als Facharbeiter Pharma für Abfüllung & optische Kontrolle (m/w/d) bist Du für die Vorbereitung, Überwachung, Reinigung und Desinfizierung der Abfüllmaschine, der Gefriertrocknungsanlage und den optischen Kontrollmaschinen verantwortlich.
Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich
Du steuerst und überwachst die maschinelle Abfüllung sowie die optische Kontrolle von sterilen Lösungen in Spritzen unter strikter Einhaltung von GMP- und Hygienevorschriften.
Du führst mikrobiologische Umgebungskontrollen eigenständig durch und behebst auftretende, auch komplexe Systemstörungen an den Produktionsanlagen.
Du übernehmst die lückenlose, GMP-gerechte Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in elektronischen Logbüchern, Herstellprotokollen und Systemen wie SAP und MES.
Du bereitest Arbeitsgeräte vor, reinigst sowie desinfizierst Anlagenkomponenten und unterstützt aktiv bei Qualifizierungs-, Validierungs- und Wartungsarbeiten.
Du aktualisierst Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs), erstellst GMP-Dokumente und bringst Deine Ideen im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) ein.
Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit
Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pharmakant, Chemikant oder Pharmazeutisch-technischer Assistent (PTA).
Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, idealerweise im Bereich der aseptischen Sterilfertigung.
Fachkompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien, sicheres Arbeiten im Hygienebereich sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zur Bedienung komplexer Anlagen.
IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen DV-Anwendungen und Produktionssystemen (z. B. MS Office, MES, SAP, SingleLims).
Team & Flexibilität: Eine zuverlässige, wertschätzende Arbeitsweise im Team sowie die uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Vollkonti-Schichtbetrieb (Früh/Spät/Nacht) inklusive regelmäßiger Samstagsarbeit.
